Alright, My favourite meal that I like to make when I start craving for something to eat is Origiri !!

I like how its just Rice and how soft it tastes, you just have to boil some rice until its done, add filling if you would like, I personnaly add tuna in it, form it like a triangle and add seweed at the bottom, it can be used like a holder and plus its very crispy and delicious, maybe u should try some one day, I would recommend.
